Court closings statewide are: Dec 24, 25, 26, 31 and Jan 1.
The local Clerk's offices will be closed on Monday, December 24th through Wednesday, December 26th. For the rest of Christmas week, the Clerk's Offices will be open from Thursday, December 27th through Friday, December 28th.
All of the Clerk's Offices will be closed Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st. They will re-open on Wednesday, January 2nd.
Although none of the Clerk's Offices have announced early closings on Friday, December 28th, to be safe all year-end recordings should be completed in the morning on December 28.
This means that any year-end closings have only seven days to be recorded. This week is a regular weekly schedule. But the last week of the year, there are only two days to record (Thursday, December 27th and Friday, December 28th).
