All local courts will be closed on Monday, November 12th, 2012, for Veteran's Day. Any closings should be completed and recorded by Friday, November 9th, otherwise the recordings cannot be completed until Tuesday, November 13th.
During Thanksgiving week, most of the courts close at noon on Wednesday, November 21st through Friday, November 23rd. However, as of now the City of Charlottesville has indicated they'll be open all day on Wednesday, November 21st.
This means that any closing during the Thanksgiving Holiday week needs to occur on Monday or Tuesday, November 19th and 20th, with the recordings no later than 11:30 on Wednesday.
