(Labor Day Holiday) This year’s Labor Day weekend occurs on September 3-5, with Monday, September 5, as Labor Day.
Hopefully, the end of the month closings for August should not be affected by Labor day. Even if an August 30 or 31 closing is delayed into September, the Clerk’s Offices should all be open until Friday, September 2. If the deed can not be recorded by Friday, September 2, then the recording will have to wait until Tuesday, September 6.
