Tip 24-2009: Safety Tips

Instead of a real estate tip, I thought it would be nice to use this week’s email to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July, and provide a few safety tips about fireworks:

· Light them at arm's length using a suitable taper
· Never go back to a lit firework
· Never put fireworks in your pocket
· Never throw fireworks
